However, once the product has been opened despite the album being damaged, we will not accept any request for a refund or exchange.

Shipping for rolled (tube) posters is NOT included in the final price at the checkout. A seperate email with the invoice, detailing the price and how to pay for the additional cost will be sent to you after you have contacted us and placed your order. Please allow 24 hours for us to respond.

Shipping for rolled posters is $ 13.00 per tube. One tube can fit upto 5 posters.
