93 ALBUMS is not liable for any damaged or lost goods during delivery. 

Damage to the outer plastic covering is not an acceptable reason for a return or exchange as they are just for protecting the product.

93 ALBUMS has a 14-day return or exchange policy for faulty goods or wrong product given . Please contact us with your request at 93albums@gmail.com within the 14-day timeframe to be eligible for a return or exchange. 

On the rare occasion where 93 ALBUMS has shipped out wrong or faulty products, you may request for a refund or exchange it to an equal valued product, given that the product is still in its sealed and unopened state. However, once the product has been opened despite the album being damaged, we will not accept any request for a refund or exchange.

Shipping will be calculated at the checkout.

Shipping for rolled (tube) posters is NOT included in the final price at the checkout. A seperate email with the invoice, detailing the price and how to pay for the additional cost will be sent to you after you have contacted us and placed your order. Please allow 24 hours for us to respond. 

Shipping for rolled posters is $ 13.00 per tube. One tube can fit upto 5 posters.

93 ALBUMS sends all products by tracked parcel. The estimated delivery time is 2–4 business day after being shipped out.

93 ALBUMS is not liable for any damaged or lost products due to delivery. Customers have full responsibility once the products has been shipped out.
