On the rare occasion where 93 ALBUMS has shipped out wrong or faulty products, you may request for a refund or exchange it to an equal valued product, given that the product is still in its sealed and unopened state. However, once the product has been opened despite the album being damaged, we will not accept any request for a refund or exchange.

Shipping for rolled (tube) posters is NOT included in the final price at the checkout. A seperate email detailing the price and how to pay for the additional cost will be sent to you after you have contacted us. Please allow 24 hours for the email to be sent out.
Shipping for rolled posters is $ 13 per tube. One tube can fit upto 5 posters.
